   Stores are serviced from a local distribution center with local Dominion management and staff
   Stores are serviced by uniformed Route Merchandisers (employees, not independent contractors)
   Stores are serviced at least two times a week to perform the following duties:
      · Clean the display and merchandise all publications
      · Remove any unauthorized publications
      · Maintain computerized movement reports on each publication
      · Update pocket identification labels to reflect the current display schematic
